Schneider Electric Algerie to provide Schneider Tier III OEM Air Breaker Service

<p>This is not a solicitation; This is a <strong>NOTICE OF INTENT</strong> to award a sole source procurement.</p>

<p>The U.S. Embassy in Algiers will solicit and award a firm-fixed-price contract below the SAT to <strong>Schneider Electric Algerie</strong> to <strong>provide</strong> <strong>Schneider Tier III OEM Air Breaker Service </strong>for the U.S. Embassy in Algiers<strong> </strong>under the authority of <strong>Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b)(d)</strong>.</p>

<p>For this requirement, <strong>Schneider Electric Algerie </strong>as the manufacturer of the equipment, per OBO policy,<strong> </strong>is the required vendor to perform Tier III OEM service.</p>
