Intent to Award Sole/Single Source - Education support - CSTARS Dayton GST-

<p>This requirement is for cadaver lab education support services for the Air Force Ground Surgical Team (GST) in support of the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM/ET).</p>

<p><strong>NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:</strong>&nbsp;The NAICS Code is 611740 &ndash; Education Support Services. The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/PZLEQ), located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, intends to award a sole source purchase order as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Miami Valley Hospital. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.&nbsp; A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.&nbsp; Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.&nbsp; All questions should be directed to jessica.briggs@us.af.mil.</p>
