<p>1. Description of Requirement</p>

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the&nbsp;<br />
format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This&nbsp;<br />
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written&nbsp;<br />
solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the procurement of Emergency Escape&nbsp;<br />
Breathing Devices (EEBDs) and associated shipping to Key West, FL. This procurement is structured&nbsp;<br />
as a brand name or equal requirement for Ocenco Incorporated products. Offerors proposing &quot;equal&quot;&nbsp;<br />
products must provide sufficient technical documentation to demonstrate that their product meets&nbsp;<br />
the salient characteristics of the specified make and model.</p>

Quotes must include the following:</p>

<p>Pricing for all items listed in the schedule of supplies above.</p>

<p>Estimated delivery date (must conform to the 90-day lead time requirement). Company details&nbsp;<br />
including UEI (Unique Entity ID), CAGE code, and Tax ID.<br />
(If applicable) Technical specifications/brochures if quoting an &quot;equal&quot; alternative to the Ocenco&nbsp;<br />
940303 M-20.3 EEBD to prove it meets NIOSH standards and the salient physical/functional&nbsp;<br />
characteristics of the requested item.</p>

<p>6. Evaluation Criteria<br />
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be&nbsp;<br />
most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to&nbsp;<br />
award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.</p>
