<p>Offers must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer at tyson.tharp@us.af.mil.</p>

<p>If your proposal exceeds 10MB, please submit it in multiple emails or request a DoD SAFE link at least 24 hours prior to close.</p>

<p>It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to ensure delivery. Offerors are highly encouraged to<br />
request an email receipt acknowledgment from the Contracting Officer.</p>
