FRL Integrated Development Conditioning Chamber Rebuild

<p>The Bureau of ATF intends to negotiate a sole source award with&nbsp;Environment Growth Chambers (EGC)&nbsp;Dba Integrated Development MFG Co of Chagrin Fall, OH to&nbsp;replace the major mechanical components and controllers of the Fire Research Laboratory&rsquo;s large conditioning chamber.&nbsp;&nbsp;EGC is the sole provider of the controlled Environment room and is the only company that can retrofit the new controllers to the current design.&nbsp; &nbsp;The vendor sole source letter dated 5/28/26 documents the rationale for this sole source requirement.</p>
