This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside.&nbsp; The NAICS code for this procurement is 316210 &ndash; Footwear Manufacturing; with a size standard of 1,000 employees.&nbsp; This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at RFO Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.</p>

<p>The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requires the procurement of steel toe boots for its seasonal and temporary employees for the 2026 Mat Sinking Season.
