Water Refill Stations (Guam)

<p><strong>17 August 2026- Question and Answer</strong></p>

<p>The purpose of this update is to publish the Government&#39;s response to the following question:&nbsp;</p>

<p>Question: Is there any&nbsp;incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their&nbsp;award number or even if the customer&nbsp;bought similar services in the past.</p>

<p>Answer: This is a new requirement.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) is seeking a contractor to provide and install two (2) new commercial water refill stations, to include the removal and disposal of existing legacy units.</p>

<p>See attached Combined Synopsis-Solicitation and associated attachments for details and submission instructions.&nbsp;</p>

<p>All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to cynthia.cruz.3@us.af.mil <strong>AND</strong> elias.campos.1@us.af.mil. The Government requests that you submit questions as soon as possible, but no later than 14 August 2026 11:00AM.</p>
