<p>The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation<br />
for the procurement of MSG Cook Services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.</p>

<p><br />
The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required&nbsp;<br />
services.</p>

<p><br />
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 15, 2026 at 10:00am Kuala&nbsp;<br />
Lumpur time at the U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, located at 376 Jalan Tun&nbsp;<br />
Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact&nbsp;<br />
Procurement Agent, rmuthupillaip@state.gov by July 8, 2026 for additional&nbsp;<br />
information or to arrange entry to the building.</p>

<p><br />
Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your&nbsp;<br />
quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov<br />
marked &ldquo;Quotation Enclosed &ndash; MSG - Cook Services&rdquo; to the Contracting&nbsp;<br />
Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on&nbsp;<br />
August 3, 2026.</p>

<p><br />
No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000&nbsp;<br />
USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the&nbsp;<br />
time of proposal submission.</p>
