GAOA Powell Duplex Improvements, Nez Perce - Clearwater National Forest

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Solicitation number 1240LU27Q0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Powell Duplex Improvements on the Nez Perce &ndash; Clearwater National Forest.</p>

<p>The project consists of removing and replacing the existing roof(s), water damaged Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP), some structural members in the roof and walls of an existing residential duplex.&nbsp; The existing demolished materials shall be disposed of off Forest Service lands in accordance with all State and federal laws.</p>

<p>This acquisition&nbsp;is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is <strong><u>236118</u>.</strong> The small business size standard is&nbsp;<strong><u>$45 Million.</u></strong> This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside.&nbsp;&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p>
