VEHICLE LEVELING SPACERS AND SKID PLATES

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items<br />
prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2<br />
(DEVIATION) as supplemented with additional information included<br />
in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only<br />
solicitation; offers are being requested and a written<br />
solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is<br />
FLT0018-26 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For<br />
Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated<br />
provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal<br />
Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The North American Industry<br />
Classification System code is 3363330.<br />
This requirement is small business set-aside<br />
UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a<br />
one (1) year base, plus four (4) option years fixed pricedindefinite<br />
delivery-indefinite quantity type contract for:<br />

Solicitation is issued as a one (1) base plus one (4) Option<br />
Years fixed-priced indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type<br />
contract with an Economic Price Adjustment for NAICS 336330 &ndash;<br />
Motor Vehicle Steering and Suspension Components<br />

Offerors who do not agree with the Producer Price Index listed<br />
above are required to submit the price index that they believe<br />
is correct to the contracting officer at least five (5) calendar<br />
days prior to the due date for offers. The index submitted will<br />
be evaluated and changed by amendment to the solicitation if<br />
necessary.<br />
SOLICITATION IS SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.<br />
NON-MANUFACTURER RULE APPLIES: A recipient of a contract setaside<br />
for small business, other than the actual manufacturer or<br />
processor, must provide the products of a small business.<br />
The government reserves the right to request bid samples from<br />
all offerors before contract award or request a sample from the<br />
awardee after contract award.<br />
Future requirements for these or similar items from this or<br />
other UNICOR factories may be added to the resulting contract if<br />
considered to fall within the scope of work and the price is<br />
determined to be fair and reasonable.<br />

<p>Due to logistics and security, do not send offers via U.S. mail.<br />
UNICOR&#39;s desired delivery is 60 days or sooner after issuance of<br />
each delivery order. Vendors are required to provide their best<br />
manufacturing/delivery time for evaluation, and delivery<br />
schedule will be established at time of award.<br />
