<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services for off-site sterile processing services prepared in accordance with&nbsp; RFO FAR 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation and Award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is HT940626QE069. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). It is the contractor&#39;s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at: http://acquisition.gov/far.</p>
