<p>The purpose of this supply contract is to have a qualified contractor supply&nbsp;(1) CNC OD Grinder and one (1) CNC Twin Spindle ID Grinder to the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing &amp; Technology Center (RIA-JMTC), Rock Island, IL 61299. These CNC Grinders are restricted to brand name Okamoto (Okamoto Corp USA).&nbsp;</p>
