<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.&nbsp; Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0143 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit Supervisors Office and Meyers Work Center. &nbsp;</p>

<p>This acquisition&nbsp; is set-aside for small business concerns.&nbsp; The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720&nbsp; The small business size standard is $22M. &nbsp;This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>A site visit will be held 30 September 2026 from 9:30 AM PDT to 11:30 AM PDT. The site visit will begin at the Supervisor&rsquo;s Office (35 College Dr. South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150).
