<p>Solicitation number&nbsp;N6817126QT016 is issued as&nbsp;a Request&nbsp;for Quotes (RFQ) to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract&nbsp;to provide ship towing services in support of Port Operations at Naval Station (NAVSTA), Rota, Spain.</p>
