Spill Containment Berms and Crates

<p><u>1st Amendment:</u></p>

<p>The purpose of this amendment is to:<br />
1. Correct discrepancies in the item description.<br />
2. Revise the solicitation to reflect a base quantity of 30 each and option quantity of 30 each.<br />
3. Provide the Government&#39;s response to vendor questions received during the solicitation period.<br />
4. Replace following documents:<br />
Attachment 1 - Item Description with revised Attachment 1 Item Description<br />
5. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment and consider the attached questions and<br />
answers when preparing their offers.<br />
6. To extend the OFFER DUE DATE to 18. August 2026<br />
7. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.</p>

<p>409th&nbsp;Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN)/ Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for the delivery&nbsp;of <strong><u>Spill Containment Berms and Crates,&nbsp;</u></strong>at United States Army Garrison, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr, Germany.</p>

<p>The resultant contract will be a&nbsp;Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type commercial purchase order.&nbsp;This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable in determining the successful offer. </p>

<p>The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr, Germany.</p>

<p>Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from sam.gov and frequently monitor sam.gov for any amendments.</p>

<p>A bidders list will not be maintained. &nbsp;<br />
Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.</p>

<p>Offerors interested in submitting proposals must complete the entire solicitation document to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, and provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications and ensure current registration in the SAM system at&nbsp;https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam.</p>

<p>The Government is releasing the solicitation under full and open competition, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to the award. This solicitation is posted along with all attachments and detailed instructions.</p>
