Commercial Kitchen Equipment

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial products prepared in accordance with&nbsp;FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of various new, commercial-grade kitchen equipment items. This includes freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, convection ovens, griddles, and hot/cold food tables as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).</p>

<p>All items must be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the USPFO Warehouse, Bldg 11-62, Camp Ripley, 15000 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN 56345, on or before 30 September 2026.</p>

<p>This acquisition is a&nbsp;100% Small Business Set-Aside&nbsp;conducted under the simplified procedures of&nbsp;FAR 12.201-1.</p>

<p>The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the&nbsp;Best Value&nbsp;to the Government. The evaluation will be conducted using a&nbsp;Best Value Tradeoff&nbsp;methodology evaluating Technical Capability and Price.</p>

<p>Submission Instructions:</p>

<p>Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to&nbsp;eric.a.ahlgren.civ@army.mil. To be considered for award, quotes must adhere strictly to the three-attachment Adobe PDF submission structure outlined in the&nbsp;Addendum to FAR 52.212-1&nbsp;found within the attached solicitation document.</p>
