<p>This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Library Archive Digitization Services and 4 Option Years&nbsp;.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Please submit your quote to<strong> terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil </strong>on or before the closing date and time stated above. Late quotes will not be considered.</p>

<p>Your quote should include the following information:</p>

<ul>
<li>Unit Price: For the specified Library Archive Digitization Services&nbsp;</li>
<li>Shipping Cost: If shipping is not included in the unit price, please provide a separate line item for shipping costs.</li>
<li>CAGE Code: Your company&#39;s Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.</li>
<li>Lead Time: Estimated delivery timeframe after receipt of order.</li>
<li>Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) required is <strong>Level 2 Self Assessment </strong>&ndash;this must be completed prior to Award.</li>
<li>WAWF Capability: Confirmation of your ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).</li>
<li>All invoices are NET30 and submitted through WAWF.</li>
</ul>
