<p>The United States Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica invites quotations from&nbsp;authorized dealers of vehicles for the supply and delivery of a 2027&nbsp;5-Door, Right Hand Drive, Mid-Size SUV that meets the following minimum&nbsp;specifications:</p>

<p>&bull; Apple CarPlay and Android Auto</p>

<p>&bull; Bluetooth and USB connectivity</p>

<p>&bull; Wireless charging</p>

<p>&bull; Four (4) USB charging ports</p>

<p>Responses must include a compliance checklist that shows where quoted&nbsp;vehicle specifications equal or exceed the minimum required&nbsp;specifications.</p>

<p>Quotations should be sent in USD excluding duties and taxes and must&nbsp;include supply availability, delivery time, warranty information, detailed&nbsp;product literature, statement of service support and availability of spares&nbsp;from the locally authorized dealer.</p>

<p>The Embassy will not arrange customs clearance for the vehicle purchased&nbsp;from the successful vendor or to independently pay any associated&nbsp;customs duties. Consequently, any services, clearances or shipping&nbsp;charges and arrangements which are required to deliver the vehicle to the&nbsp;Embassy at 30 Monroe Road, Kingston, Jamaica must be costed and&nbsp;guaranteed as part of a vendor&rsquo;s quotation. Any quotation that declines to&nbsp;offer (and cost as appropriate) any such services cannot be judged&nbsp;technically acceptable.</p>

<p>All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of&nbsp;submitting their quotations must have an active registration in the System&nbsp;for Award Management (SAM).</p>
