<p><strong>Amendment 0003 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 7/31/2026 at 1500 hrs ET to allow incorporation of the Materials Test Matrix into proposals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>Amendment 0002 is issued to provide the Materials Test Matrix referenced in the Statement of Work - Table 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>Amendment 0001 is issued to provide responses to questions submitted.&nbsp; Additionally, the proposal due date is extended to 07/17/2026 at 1500 hrs ET.</strong></p>

<p>The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is seeking qualified companies&nbsp;to perform materials compatibility laboratory test and evaluation services related technical expertise to assist the FAA Piston Aviation Fuels Initiative (PAFI) and Eliminate Aviation Gasoline Lead Emissions (EAGLE) programs.&nbsp; All work is to be completed in accordance with the solicitation attachments, specifications, terms and conditions.</p>

<p>This acquisition is solicited to the full and open market.<br />
<br />
The NAICS code projected for this project is 541380 &ndash; Testing Laboratories and Services with a size standard of $19.0 million.</p>

<p>The FAA contemplates award of a hybrid contract type with Firm Fixed Price for non-severable services and Labor Hours for severable services as a result of this solicitation.</p>

<p>Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process.</p>

<p>In accordance with Acquisition Management System (AMS) provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, &quot;Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals,&quot; any proposals&nbsp;<em>received after</em>&nbsp;the due time and date of <strong>1500 hrs. ET, June 18, 2026, will not be considered</strong>.&nbsp; In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror&#39;s proposal, the offeror&#39;s proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.</p>
