BLM-CO GAOA UFO MPLC WAREHOUSE IMPROVEMENT<br/><br/>This solicitation is being amended to reopened to change the set aside to 100% Total Small Business due to original set-aside resulting in no responses, post it to open market (SAM.gov), update terms and condition, and add attachments.<br/><br/>All questions are due by September 2, 2026 1200 MD.<br/><br/><br/>This is a solicitation announcement for warehouse improvements at the Bureau of Land Management UFO MPLC WAREHOUSE IMPROVEMENT, Montrose, CO.<br/><br/>1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION<br/>Montrose Public Lands Center. The work includes, but is not limited to;<br/>- Asbestos abatement,<br/>- Remodel bathrooms,<br/>- Replace flooring,<br/>- Replace rooftop heating and cooling unit (RTU),<br/>- Replace manual overhead door with electric overhead door,<br/>- Add luminaires and replace existing luminaires,<br/>- Add and relocate electrical outlets,<br/>- Service and maintain metal roof,<br/>- Repair and maintain existing overhead doors and,<br/>- Photovoltaic inverter replacement.<br/><br/>1.2 LOCATION<br/>Montrose Public Lands Center<br/>2465 South Townsend Ave<br/>Montrose, CO 81401<br/><br/>1.3 WORK SCHEDULE<br/>Work shall occur Monday - Friday. Work shall not occur on Federal Holidays, the day after Thanksgiving and December 26-31.
