<p>Noncompetitive Procurement: This acquisition will be conducted as a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(2), 41 U.S.C.1901, with DMG Mori Federal Services,&nbsp;Hoffman Estates, IL . All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.<br />
