Garden Maintenance Services

<p>The U.S. Embassy in Lusaka, Zambia, intends to issue Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. 19ZA6027Q0001 for Garden Maintenance Services. The Embassy plans to award a firm-fixed-price contract with an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) component for temporary additional services. The contract will have one base year and four option years.</p>

<p><strong>Scope of Work.</strong> The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for full gardening and grounds maintenance at U.S. Government-owned or -managed properties in Lusaka.</p>

<p>Services include, but are not limited to:</p>

<ul>
<li>Lawn care: grass cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, and turf repair</li>
<li>Pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges</li>
<li>Leaf and debris removal</li>
<li>Watering</li>
<li>Pest and disease control</li>
<li>Upkeep of all designated green spaces</li>
</ul>

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.</p>

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.</p>

<p><strong>Obtaining the Solicitation.</strong> The Embassy will post the RFQ on [SAM.gov / Embassy Lusaka website] . Offerors are responsible for checking for amendments. Quotations must be in English and submitted electronically to Lusaka-procurement@state.gov in MS Word, MS Excel, or PDF format. Each email must be under 30 MB.</p>
