Sludge Removal

<p>The 375th Contracting Squadron at Scott Air Force Base, IL, is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for the removal and disposal of approximately 600,000 gallons of anaerobically digested liquid sludge annually from the base&#39;s Wastewater Treatment Plant. This requirement, issued under solicitation FA440726QTW14, is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 562991) consisting of a one-year base period starting October 1, 2026, plus four consecutive one-year option periods. All operations must strictly comply with Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) land application disposal regulations.</p>
