HVAC Repair by Replacement (13 Units)

<p>The mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Ft. Bliss, TX is issuing a solicitation for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to replace 13 HVAC Carrier rooftop units with new TRANE HVAC units of the same capacity as listed in the building schedule or approved equivalent.&nbsp;Work is located at building 1611 within the Fort Bliss TX Installation.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The contract duration is 270 days after notice to proceed.&nbsp; This project is a Total Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00.&nbsp; The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.&nbsp;</p>
