<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Subpart 12 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.&nbsp;This procurement is set aside to Small Business vendors under NAICS 561730 (Landscaping Services), for grounds maintenance/snow removal services for the BP Station, Swanton, VT.</p>

<p>A one-time contractor walk-through of the facility will be conducted on Thursday, July 30, 2026 , at 11:00 am ET, Swanton BP Station, 104 Raven Drive, Highgate Center, VT 05459, POC: Kelly, Colling, 802-330-7742.</p>
