N091--PROJECT # 528-18-110 Fuel Oil Tank Replacement BUFFALO VAMC

<p>The general scope of this project is to remove the existing three (3) 40,000-gallon fuel tanks and one (1) 7,500-gallon spill connection tank and replace them with appropriately sized modern tanks and to replace the monitoring/control systems to improve maintainability, meet the backup fuel supply requirements, and meet regulatory compliance requirements.</p>

<p>The Buffalo VAMC requires a Contractor to perform the construction work necessary to accomplish this goal. &nbsp;The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, services, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform work. Work under this effort is fully described in the project drawings and specifications. &nbsp;Additional administrative and management related requirements are described throughout this document. A brief overview of the construction work will be included with SOW in the solicitation.&nbsp; See SOW and Solicitations documents</p>
