Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Solicit Directly from Suppliers IAW. RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). This&nbsp;<br />
is a pre-solicitation notice, IAW RFO FAR 5.1.</p>

<p>Synopsis:<br />
This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal&nbsp;<br />
Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.1 &ldquo;Pre-solicitation Notice.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to solicit this action as 100%&nbsp;<br />
Small Business, firm-fixed-price service contract directly to suppliers to procure janitorial services.</p>

<p>The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers&nbsp;<br />
is the RFO FAR 19.104-3 and RFO FAR 12.201-1(c) (2).<br />
A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED<br />
The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside direct solicitation to<br />
suppliers. The NAICS code is 561720 &ndash; Janitorial Services</p>

<p>THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS<br />
Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement&nbsp;<br />
would be advantageous to the Government by submitting a capability statement that they have ability&nbsp;<br />
to supply the required supplies meeting the government&rsquo;s need. If no affirmative written responses&nbsp;<br />
are received by 2:00 PM PST on 27 July 2026, the solicitation will be made directly to suppliers.&nbsp;<br />
Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the&nbsp;<br />
Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within&nbsp;<br />
the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2).<br />
Electronic responses and questions shall be submitted via email to the contracting point of contact&nbsp;<br />
listed below. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is not responsible for any costs incurred by&nbsp;<br />
responding to this notice.</p>
