Sources Sought - Facility Maintenance Services for the FAA Warrenton Annex

<p>This Sources Sought announcement is for market research purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation. <p>The Federal Aviation Administration is considering the solicitation and subsequent award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Facility Maintenance Services. Work performed under the Statement of Work will consist of full-service facility maintenance, repairs, and maintenance of the building&rsquo;s related systems, and equipment. The FAA-owned building is located at 3721 Macintosh Drive, Warrenton, VA. The building square footage is 149,402 square feet located on a 3.43-acre lot, (including building and land). The building consists of a two-level concrete and masonry commercial/office building constructed in 2007.</p>
