Fire suppression system installation

Description

<p>Due to a recent fire in building 6418 at Moore Air Base, Texas, a wet fire suppression system is needed. Building 6418 was constructed in the early 1980s with no fire suppression initially.&nbsp; Contractor shall provide design/as-built drawings submittals and installation of a new retrofitted system. The system shall be a turnkey project encompassing everything needed to have a fully functioning fire suppression system.</p>

<p>Solicitation documents are posted below.</p>

<p>NOTE: For those wishing to attend the site visit, please send names of attendees to james.g.roloff@usda,gov. A valid drivers license or state ID is required.</p>

<p>Amendment 1 is posted below.</p>

<p><u>RFI:</u>&nbsp;Does Building 6418 currently have an existing fire alarm panel/system that the sprinkler monitoring would tie into? If so, could you please provide the panel/system type, make/model, or any available details needed for a sprinkler monitoring quote? <em>The fire panels are old and obsolete. They will be replaced at another time, but the new sprinkler system must be able to connect to a fire panel in the future. No monitoring is needed.</em></p>
