Draft RFP for DRPM RAS ME RAS 1.0 and MCM RAS 2.0 Professional Support Services

THIS IS A DRAFT SEAPORT-NxG SOLICITATION TO REQUEST INPUT FROM INDUSTRY - THE GOVERNMENT MAY NOT RESPOND TO ALL QUESTIONS POSTED BUT WILL CONSIDER EACH FOR FINAL SOLICITATION. This Advance Notice/Draft is issued by Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division Contracting Department, Crane, IN on and sets forth the requirements for Direct Reporting Portfolio Manager for Robotic and Autonomous Systems (DRPM RAS) RAS 1.0 Mission Enablers (ME) and RAS 2.0 Mine Countermeasures (MCM) Professional Support Services. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside among current SeaPort-NxG MAC holders. Only questions from current SeaPort-NxG MAC Holders will be considered. All questions must be received by the identified Response date and time prior to issuing any official solicitation. The purpose of update 0001 is to re-post the corrected attachment, Attachment 08 - Personnel Qualifications. The posted draft solicitation included Attachment 08 - Personnel Qualifications that contained information in hidden spreadsheet tabs. Because the information was internal to the Government and not relevant to the requirements of the draft solicitation, the attachment was subsequently removed to avoid further confusion. Interested parties are advised to not consider, utilize, or rely upon the previously posted Attachment 08 - Personnel Qualifications because the document contains incorrect, irrelevant, and/or unreliable information.
