Request for White Papers: Advanced Test and Logistics Support Services (ATLSS)

<p>The Department of the Air Force is issuing this Request for Whitepapers to establish an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under&nbsp;10 U.S.C. &sect; 4022. The purpose of this project is to develop and demonstrate a centralized, agile, and highly responsive&nbsp;Business Process Prototype&nbsp;to support the&nbsp;704th Test Group (704 TG). See attachments for further information.</p>

<li>Interested vendors should plan to attend a <strong>government-hosted Virtual Industry Day on 23 July 2026. </strong></li>
<li>During the event, additional information about the requirement will be provided and a live Question-and-Answer session will be conducted.</li>
