Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Preventive Maintenance Services for the Fuel Management System

<p>The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, South Africa, invites quotations under&nbsp;<strong>Solicitation No. 19SF2026Q0012</strong>&nbsp;for the provision of&nbsp;Preventive Maintenance Services for the Fuel Management System. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a&nbsp;<strong>base year plus four (4) option years</strong>&nbsp;to the responsible offeror submitting the&nbsp;<strong>lowest-priced, technically acceptable</strong>&nbsp;quotation.</p>

<p><strong>The complete solicitation package is attached to this notice. Interested vendors are responsible for reviewing the solicitation package in its entirety and complying with all instructions, requirements, and submission procedures contained therein.</strong></p>

<p>A&nbsp;<strong>mandatory pre-quotation conference and site visit</strong>&nbsp;will be held on&nbsp;<strong>Thursday, August 6 2026, at 10:00 (SAST)</strong>&nbsp;at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town.&nbsp;<strong>Vendors are specifically advised to carefully review the cover letter contained in the attached solicitation package for the mandatory site visit access requirements, including the attendee and vehicle information that must be submitted by the stated deadline. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in denial of access to the pre-quotation conference and site visit.</strong></p>

<p>Quotations must be submitted electronically to&nbsp;<strong>capetown_quotation@state.gov</strong>&nbsp;no later than&nbsp;<strong>Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 10:00 (SAST)</strong>. Offerors must submit all documents required by the solicitation and be registered in the&nbsp;<strong>System for Award Management (SAM)</strong>&nbsp;at&nbsp;<strong>www.sam.gov</strong>&nbsp;at the time of quotation submission in accordance with FAR 4.1102. Quotations that do not comply with the solicitation requirements may be determined ineligible for award.</p>
